Isenberg carries a comprehensive range of spare parts to service its fleet of fixtures in the field. Please call us or email us @ info@isenbergfaucets.com to describe your problem and we will resolve it for you, usually within 48 hours. Please take a video or a photo of the product in question and keep ready proof of purchase. Both these will be required to swiftly resolve your issue.

Isenberg’s products do not need to be explicitly registered with the company. Our warranty is valid as long as you are the original purchaser of the product and can provide proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.

Isenberg products should only be cleaned with water or specialized plumbing fixture cleaning liquids such as “STAINLESS STEEL & CHROME CLEANER WITH DEGREASER”. Any other substances such as acetone, alcohol, acid, soaps, other household cleaning liquids should not be used. Isenberg recommends a micro fiber cloth should be used to wipe the product to prevent and scratching.

Isenberg products come with standard North American fittings & can be installed with standard tools available at most plumbing stores or hardware stores. No special tools are required for installation.

Isenberg products are fully certified for sale and installation within the USA. All fittings, threads, hoses etc on ALL Isenberg products are standardized to meet North American standards.

Most Isenberg products come in 4 standard finishes – Chrome & Brushed Nickel, Polished Nickel & Matte Black. These finishes are readily available. Isenberg offers 20 custom TFC finishes – These finishes are custom ordered with a 2-6 week lead time and are available on most but not all products.
