Please take a video or a photo of the product in question and keep ready proof of purchase. Both these will be required to swiftly resolve your issue.

Isenberg’s products do not need to be explicitly registered with the company. Our warranty is valid as long as you are the original purchaser of the product and can provide proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.

Isenberg products come with standard North American fittings & can be installed with standard tools available at most plumbing stores or hardware stores. No special tools are required for installation.

Isenberg products are fully certified for sale and installation within the USA. All fittings, threads, hoses etc on ALL Isenberg products are standardized to meet North American standards.

Most Isenberg products come in 2 standard finishes – Chrome & Brushed Nickel. These finishes are readily available. Isenberg offers three custom finishes – Polished Nickel, Polished Brass & Graphite. These finishes are custom ordered with a 2-6 week lead time and are available on most but not all products.
